This is the thread to post your civ3 screens
steps to have your screenshot posted here and included in the new Civ3 Screenshots Directory
1) Post your up to 600-pixels wide screenshot here as an attachement in a reply
2) Post a 200-pixels wide thumbnail of your screenshot in a second post
3) Go to the Civ3 Screenshots Directory, then to the appropriate category and click on "ADD LINK" menu choice
4) Put the url of the first attachement in the "Full-size Image" field and the url of the second attachment in the "Thumbnail Image" field. Complete also the "Title" and "Description" fields as you wish

Well, if we're posting resource screenshots, here's one I have from an old game ...
I had 25% of the world's land surface, and the game had 8 Uranium resources total.
None, Sedentary, Roving, Restless, Raging ... damn, is that all? Where's the "massive waves of barbarians that can wipe out your civilisation" setting?

Press the "Print Screen" (or "PrntScrn", or whatever) button on your keyboard. Then you can paste the image into a program so you can save it. Attatch the file to your post in JPG format, and it will be automatically converted into a picture in the post.Originally posted by bigvic

Or maybe he's just playing on a really large map with a lot of Civs. I've had that many resources/luxuries in a game, and my mod actually reduces the occurrence of resources.

I have had something along those lines on huge maps (no longer play them). If you play conquest you will end up with nearly all tiles.
It's not modded nor photoshoped. I am just playing after 2100 to experience global warming and I conquered a big part of the world.

As I do not want to restart war and as those cities were not very important to me (no wonders, no resource I do not already have), I let the things so. Since, one has already reverted to me. Stupid newbie question, but how do you get screens from the game, the minimap in particular?
I use Posturepedic mattresses for a lifetime of temporary relief.
Screen capture with ALT+PRINT SCREEN, then edit, cut, paste... with your prefered soft (Photoshop, Paint...).
