Obamacare isn't a failure, you just pay more now. You've become one of those people who only care about the dollars in their own pocket. Fair enough, it's sad to see how far you've changed, but it is what it is.

I don't just care about money. You don't do logic well, do you? I care that we have a healthcare system that already costed too much, the government promised to save us money, and now it costs more. If that doesn't concern you, you may not really be a conservative.

The court shouldn't have said the ACA was constitutional in the first place, the power to tax (Roberts' rationale) is not the power to spend... The Constitution is a grant of powers and no where does it say Congress can do what it wants. Why bother with a Constitution if Congress has the power to tax and spend on whatever they like?

Thats right, the power to tax is not a power to spend... spending is limited to those enumerated powers mentioned in the Constitution. For example, Congress can run a postal service and build forts etc and pay for them with taxes...
