I'll have to figure out how to convert a non-claimed civ to AI. I may have to step in and claim it before I can kick myself... will look into it when I get home.
I might suggest direct2drive (www.direct2drive.com) if you are having problems with the game - not sure if you can buy it in russia from there but it's nice because there is no CD and it patches neatly

Ok, I took the initiative and logged on as Justinian I, founded the city, and then retired. Sooo....
The next turn is UP!
Justinian I is now an AI that will be available for Ptzvetan once he is able to login.

Civstats is down because it keeps going nuts. OverlordUT is aware of the problem and is fixing it in the next release, but I will be periodically taking it down each time it goes nuts until then
