  • Virtual PC problem

So, I've downloaded a few things onto the Mac side of my computer, I go an try to open up Virtual PC to do some things with Civ 2 et al, and I get this message:
NTLORF Fatal Error 2592 reading BOOT.INI
Any idea what that means? Can I get to my Virtual PC disk again, and if not, can I extract the Civ 2 data from my folders?

I've got most of the Civ 2 information and so forth on the Mac side of the computer, so I shouldn't be a complete loss, but still...

Is that when you're trying to start Virtual PC or when you're trying to start Civ2 inside Virtual PC?

The only thing I can say to help is that Google is your friend. I'm sure it should be possible to find out more about that error message.

Have you tried Googling? Does Virtual PC have a support site?

Trying to start Virtual PC. I can't get it started, much less start Civ 2.
