Conventional missiles

Does anybody find Cruise Missiles to be a mixed blessing?

Sure, they do more damage and they're more accurate, but they take so long to cross the map to their targets! V2 missiles go straight up and come straight down, with a much briefer wait time in between.

Thoughts?
