When I try to click on the program icon and start RON, I get the hourglass, and then the it dissapears and nothing. I have checked, re-checked, and double checked my hardware and I was told it was all ok. Microsoft Support told me that the piracy check is having problems with my cd rom. Anyone else ever have this problem, and if so what is my options.
The support guy told me that he could escalate my ticket or he could send me an email with a website that had a fix for my problem, of course he never sent it.
Yeah for me, love being able to trust a Microsoft employee.
