I was in the process of demanding tribute when one of the AI's made a very generous offer I wanted to accept, unfortunately there was no way for me to accept it. I cleared my proposal but there was no way for me to accept their proposal, it wasn't showing up. Obviously this isn't something I can easily repeat and to tell you the truth I hope I never do!
