In todays diplomacy game I noticed a strange thing
when I was tributing resources. One civ started a war
with me and they were willing to make peace for
10000 or more resources.I had no intention to pay,
so I tried to bribe other civs to start a war against
them (They were only at war with me).So I offered
the first civ 300 wealth. They wanted 800 metal (game was in classical/medieval era).I offered 200 metal(sometimes the AI is bluffing and accepts a lower tribute),but forgot to erase 300 wealth. The wanted
price was now 300 metal and not the logical 600 metal.
I tried this with the other civs (they all wanted metal)
and instead of giving them the required amount of metal
I gave them the amount in food and wood. And every
time the deal was concluded.
So what's going on/wrong here?
