Patching problem

Hi,
first of all sorry for my poor english...

Now.. I have a problem with the patch.

I have the Italian ORIGINAL version of the game and when I try to join an online game with game spy I get kicked off because everyone tell me that my game is not patched.

I have patched the game both online and with the downloadbale file (patch reached 100% status in both version)

I checked my version in the game and I have version 01.14.05.0902 (that should be the updated version)

I don't have modded any file.

In my RON directory I have this file PATCH.ERR with the following errors:

I have already re-installed the game with the same bad results....

Any suggestions?
