scenario editing questions

how do you disable units for a scenarios, made all the units and cities for it, but i need to disable wonders, hellicopters and nukes. i know its somewhere in the rules but i dont know how to disable them. could someone please explain to me in detail what to do. thanks for the help.

on another note, does "print screen" take screen shots, and if so where are tehy kept?
