What functions does the map editor have.
Im a big Civ 3 PTW fan.
Can you rename, add or remove civilizations?
In the game, when you initiate diplomacy, do you seethe leader of that civ? If so can that face and name be changed in the editor or any way?
I like the looks of what I see, but I am a realist freak.
