Hi there,
I've been trying to work out which development plans apply to my planets. Whenever I try to change a planet's plan, there is only ever one choice in the two drop downs (i.e. 'Core' and 'Rich Planet') when what I'd really like to do is change it to 'Core' and 'Research'. Now I could do that by making one of my player defined plans be for a research planet... but there's a perfectly good Research plan in the list, all nicely named and far more intuitive than 'Player Defined 1' - yet it never shows up as a possible selection!! Is this a bug? Is it being applied in the background (ala All Planets) or is deliberately wacky?
