Click on Shipyard, click on fleets, scroll down to a fleet, double click on it, takes you to the fleet.
Now, click on shipyard again. Instead of coming to the fleets screen scrolled down, you have to start all over again by clicking on fleets, scrolling down, etc.
This should work like the SitRep, where it remembers the last line\position you were at.
