Just wondering if there are any rumors on Galciv sites.

IIRC they said they wanted to do two expansions for Galciv2I changed my signature -
I would say the next thing to look forward to is another nice update.

From the Stardock newsletter in my e-mail today:
So definately an X-PackGalactic Civilizations II: Twilight of the Arnor. New expansion pack coming out this November. Details will be up on Gamespot next week. Keep an eye on galciv2.com for updates. It will require Dark Avatar (or Gold Edition) to use.
Im not sure what Baruk Khazad is , but if they speak Judeo-Dwarvish, that would be "blessed are the dwarves" - lord of the markComment
