Here's a sample installer i've made (uses Playtest #5 files and Rev719 extracted on a directory named "C:\DATA") using NSIS.
These files must be on "C:\DATA" -- License information and the bitmaps.
Now I would need to know if it's viable to make a backup directory or zip file of the files that are getting replaced (I thought about using a external gzip command line app), some nice header graphics (Welcome/Finish: 164x314 pixels and Top: 150x57 pixels), and the locale translation (I guess German/French and Spanish)
Here's NSIS's webpage: http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Main_Page
And the utility that helped me get the list of all the files: http://sourceforge.net/projects/winfulldir/
