crash in tutorial

hi!i am new with this game.
i have a problem in tutorial:
after i built warrior i get a message
"crash -29dc130c",send this file .dat to
programmers".updates to ver 1.1 ,1.2 don`t
halp me and after update i can`t to play at all.what can i do,because without tutorial
i don`t know how to play?
