Newbie Question????
I just installed CTP with patch 1.2, ApPack, and AAIPS and I still have a bug(?) question. When you pop out that little production window off the civ status window, it shows the plus and minus factors that make up the production number. Why is the government bonus number totally ignored in the equation and how do you fix it????
