Units who do tile improvements?
I would like to make an Infantry\Engineer unit.
They would be used to build forward Observation Posts and Air Bases. The unit could be parachuted into the front line.
The Observation Post would have less range than the Listening Post and the Air Base would cost more than the normal base because they are built in the front lines.
I can build the unit but how do you get a unit to build tile improvements and which file do I need to edit for the new improvements?
