Great News!!!
The Freeciv Loader for Windows is almost finished!!!! I just need to add the finishing touches as well as beta test 
But it works and does it's job.
I will send the beta version 1.0.0002 to the main Freeciv team for beta testing in a few days. I have to compile it and put it into an install program first. I hate those runtime .dll's that VB programs need!!!
If anyone else would like to beta test it just post your e-mail here and I'll send it along. (The credits, help, thanks, and some image (video) touch-up are needed. Hopefully not much else.
Well I got to go.
