Zakharov's Cloning Vats

... The work was begun by Head Academian Prokhor Zakharov in Planet Year 117, it was headed by Head Engineer Ignatius Lawrence Ing, and the design was conceived by Master Architect Ulysses Thyme.
The project met much opposition as most of the other factions were 'morally against' cloning, however they all secretly were afraid that whoever controled cloning would soon overrun their factions.
But- amid much opposition the work was begun...
