Modified Cybernetic Consciousness

[Mr. President]

Here's a variant of the Cybernetic Consciousness I threw together the other day. They're slightly more "human" than the original faction; to try and convey this I pushed their aggression up to Erratic, slightly altered their faction attributes, and altered their conversation text. I also made up some more interesting base names.
