CivEmpire may be coming back

I may be restoring the civempire after I've finished constructing College Community Online version 2. It will cover SMAC, CTP2, and CIV 3. It will be a hosted site of Collge Community Online. But I'll need some help to make it, I'll need moderators for the boards, people to provide Custom factions and graphics, and to write strategy pages for all the regular factions, and even custom factions. I want it to be a site of Apolyton scale.

Remember, everything here is tentative, and if I do undertake making a new CivEmpire, it wont be until after Christmas (When I've finished College Community Online version 2, and when I have CTP2) But if anyone is interested in helping out let me know.
