Apolyton e-mail works again!

Yesterday Arno returned from his holiday trip and immediately fixed our e-mail problems. Arno is one of the co-owners of Apolyton Civilization Site and acts as the Infrastructural Manager (jobtitle still under consideration ) of Apolyton.

This means that PM notifications, thread subscriptions, mail-confirmations, etc. should now arrive for everyone again, just as in the past. There are some minor problems left over but Arno is working on this to solve these as well.
