I wonder how many states and how many courts will have charges pending against Trump and all his minions... if the GOP was aiming to smash Reagan and Nixon's conviction record (combined) they may very well do it. These last three days must be a total nightmare for the STABLE GENIUS (TM) and his bestest ever supporters (KIDIOTS).

So... who wants to start betting on whose gonna take a plea bargain or be indicted next?

I posted this in the other thread.... criminal charges are pending against the Trump organization by the Manhatten District Attorney's office. These are potentially state level charges and the first of their kind in a state. There could be multiple other states, including Virginia and Pennsylvania that may have criminal probes of Trump, his organization and others surrounding him or his illegal activity. A President can be indicted while legally in office. There is nothing in the constitution that prohibits it.
