The judge in the Flynn case even went out of his way to disprove the Fox conspiracy theory today. He even got Flynn to, line by line, admit it was all untrue.

Now you claim that there was prosecutorial misconduct because there existed an original 302 which was the same as the originally submitted one but had Draft as it's title (And obviously an earlier date) which was not originally submitted. That is not prosecutorial misconduct.
