    Uh oh. No collusion?
Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort has been accused of sharing polling data during the 2016 presidential election with a business associate allegedly linked to Russian intelligence -- and then lying about it to prosecutors.

A relevant portion of dialog from this episode has been transcribed below:
Narrator: The people were ready to believe. Like sheep they ran to the slaughterhouse. And waiting for them was the high priest of fraud.

Trump: I am the only one. Trust me. I can build a wall around your homes that nothing will penetrate.

Townperson: What do we do? How can we save ourselves?

Trump: You ask how do you build that wall. You ask, and I’m here to tell you.
A representative for MeTV, a Chicago network that airs reruns of Trackdown, confirmed that the episode was real.
An episode of the 1950s TV series 'Trackdown' featured a character named Walter Trump who claimed he would build a wall in order to protect a town from the end of the world.

I just tried to follow the reasoning of the judge, who obviously falsely assumed that Flynn still was a paid agent of Erdogan when he got into the WH

Jep, I guess this is rather normal that the people, a special counsel investigates, are liars.
Guess therefore it is also standard for special counsels to not make themselves dependent on witness statements, but to also look through the paper trail and the trail of the money

Well, it might have been, if Flynn still had been on the payroll of the turkish government when he took his office in the WH

One thing that can't be denied is that the judge's behaviour was unacceptable. No one should ever have to be judged by a judge that ever thought that you were a traitor or guilty of treason.

Former Attorney General Michael Mukasey took issue Wednesday with the "inexplicable" conduct by U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan at the sentencing hearing of former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

Sullivan postponed Tuesdaythe sentencing of Flynn - citing his unfinished cooperation with Special Counsel Robert Mueller - but not before offering scathing comments, including asking prosecutors whether Flynn committed treason.

In a hearing that Fox News' Catherine Herridge describedas "one of the most dramatic" she has ever seen, Sullivan repeatedly asked Flynn's lawyers if he wished to withdraw his guilty plea over acccusations of misconduct by the FBI.

Flynn stood by his guilty plea for making false statements to the FBI in a Jan. 2017 interview at the White House.

That means that he has access to ALL the documents which might be exculpatory evidence. That's a lot of stuff Mueller does not want anyone to see. Mueller already has that problem with his indictments of the Russians.

I don't think Mueller has any good case against Flynn. But he has something else to threaten Flynn with.

Indictments are focused documents. It would concentrate on the people being indicted.

If Flynn did something bad why is he able to do this plea deal to get away with it? To get some Turkish lobbyists?
