Yes, it's the perfect breeding ground for the religious hatred in the middle east.
I was once wronged by a member of the other sect so now it's ok to kill any member of that sect.
The cycle continues.
I Guess that's why ben is always bringing up that Catholics were once persecuted so it justifies his desire to persecute whoever he feels like.

Everyone in life has been a victim at some point. It's how you deal with the situation that defines your character.
Your character is pure ****.

Right, because we all know victims of crime are all just 'making it all up'.BK will get out of this by saying that he's taking prejudice to mean "pre judging" people, instead of what we all know he really means, which is that it's okay to hate black people/pot smokers as long as you have an excuse for doing so.

If someone came up to me and said they'd been victimized by black people in the past, I'd attribute their general apprehension to black people in general to their prior victimization, not to prejudice.Defending that statement will just make you look like a bigger bigot.
If it came out that they had the same attitude prior, I would shift my opinion.Last edited by Ben Kenobi; August 8, 2014, 09:20.

Most of the people who have wronged me in life have been upper middle class white people.

Or you could be like Kid who got screwed over by a few women. He would be justified to hate all women. Oh wait.

Indeed.
Also, there's this incredibly disingenuous and vile poster on a message board I frequent who's Canadian, deaf, and Catholic. Because of him, I now hate all people who have Star Wars characters for handles.

We have seen ample evidence of what he really means but I was just surprised to see him state it so clearly for all to see.

Keep digging.
You said, I repeat
Defending that statement will just make you look like a bigger bigot. If black people robbed you, I'd not consider it prejudice for you to be angry at black people in general
Keep squirming.

How can he consider himself a Christian is beyond me.
I would expect a victim of crime to see the world differently. This is basic psychology.
I'm not sure where we got from this to, "Ben himself hates people."
Recall - I helped someone who specifically was a substance abuser and tried to get them off the street. Only to have them go around and say they preferred being able to toke up.
Would I do this if I were someone who sincerely hated dope users or someone who just hated dope?

This one time, an Asian chick with dyed blue hair cut me off on the highway. I've been angry at everyone under five feet tall since.

I couldn't believe he said it either, but it's all there in black and white.
Quite pathetic listening to him defend it too.
How can he consider himself a Christian is beyond me.

Wait, what? He actually said that? /me reads BK's post. Holy ****nuts, he actually said that! That's awesome!
Ever since I was robbed by a 6'3" white guy with a nose ring and the middle name Steve, I've been justifiably angry at everyone whose middle name is Steve.
