Hello. I'm looking for software that keeps a pdf library for you and allows to "attach" notes to PDF files. Notes should not go to the PDF file and must be kept carefully. The desired functionality is:
1. Ability to keep a list of pdfs, add and remove pdfs, search, at least in titles.
2. Integration with web browser "download to library" and browser embedded pdf viewer "save to library" is highly desired.
3. Ability to keep notes on each of the items in the library. Items should be kept in separate file without modifying the PDF.
4. It should be possible to open several note files for single pdf. Ability to put "links" to pdfs inside notes is also desirable.
5. Key functionality: it should offer easy split view for the pdf and all notes attached to it.
6. If it is commercial it should not cost too much (up to 40$) with trial available.
