There seems to be some confusion about how the bailout plan will work. It's really perfectly simple:
Essentially what we are going to do is create an extremely powerful beam of positively charged fiscal particles and then try to bounce that collimated beam off the main deflector dish and into the Financial Rift, where it will combine with the negative economic energy contained inside it, nullifying it. Hopefully, we can thus effectively "seal" the rift off before it can expand and we lose the entire quadrant.
In theory it should work. But I strongly recommend we go to Red Alert.
