    GM COMMENTS:

Ack!!! A small screw up to attend to. The Ottoman Empire failed to submit a disband order last turn. They have 3 SCs and 4 units on the map. I caught this before the adjucation, and have disbanded F Black Sea using the following rationale for GM implementation of NDR situations. 1) Furthest unit from home; 2) Fleets before armies; 3) Alphabetical order after that. It's a standard Dip convention. I'm sorry for the confusion. Anyone with a gripe over this please take it up with me privately, and we'll see what can be done. I think this choice also had the least effect on the game.

The retreats phase offers an interesting situation where the Chinese A Lanchow and French A Yunnan have only one retreat option on the board (Sinkiang). If both units are ordered to retreat there, they are both destroyed.

Also Hogfather has returned and will assume control of China once again. Thanks to napoleon for stepping in for a few turns.

The 1894 (Fall) retreats are due on Monday February 26, 11:59 pm EST. The 1896 will be due Thursday March 1, 11:59 pm EST.

As always, please check for accuracy. Thank you.

But I kick that ball, and I pray it goes straight,
If it does, then Coach says, "Good job number eight."
He doesn't even no my name is Andre Kristacovitchlalinski, Jr.
