    GM COMMENTS:

(Deadlines revised see post on Winter 1880 below)

The 1880 (Fall) retreats have been posted and included on the map link above. Winter 1880 Adjustments are due Wednesday December 27, Midnight EST. The orders for 1882 (Spring) will be due Friday December 29, Midnight EST. Victor mentioned that he would be away, but he left me with advance instructions, and mentined that he might have internet access at some point. No other special requests for extensions or delays were made. Therefore the game will tenatively proceed on the above schedule, though technically I'll be waiting for Victor's orders to come in before adjucating. Now is the time to speak up if you need more time!

As always, please check for accuracy. Thank you.

I sent my moves twice over ICQ and once over e-mail. If you didn't get them, you need to tell me over ICQ.

I sent SEVERAL reminders out, in addition to posting reminders on the board. I also mentioned that if you don't have a confirmation from me, then I don't have your orders. Getting moves in on time is not the GM's responsibility.

I have received no e-mail from you in over a month. And the last ICQ I got from you was for the Spring turn.

However, if you can produce evidence of these orders, I will allow them.

They were not in late. As usual, I was the first or one of the first to send them.

Okay, that's enough from you, Polaris. You want out, you're gone! You didn't submit orders via ICQ or e-mail. I offered you a chance to prove it, and you want to be snide with me. This is your damn game that I'm GMing here. What more do you want from me?

Make up your mind, Polaris. Either you are in, or you are out. First you are out, then you submit orders for the next turn 1882, which aren't due until next week. So spare me the business about Christmas and family. I've asked several times if anyone required more time. And I've pointed out that Victor will be away for a good while and that the game will already be waiting on his return.

I've heard nothing from you about needing more time. I have a set of orders from Russia for 1882 (Spring), and they will be used unless I hear differently from you. That turn is not due until Thursday, December 28. So there should be little effect on your family and their Christmas, which I sincerely hope is a happy one all verbal sparring aside.

Sorry, my connection is truly unreliable, but I finally got to it. Sorry to Japan, that I did not see your message earlier, shigata ga nai

(Oh and, deny me my build and you will regret it soon.)

You should have fall moves in your box, a forward from a while ago.

I sent out an ICQ message saying I would be busy, FYI.

Just wait until after New Years for Spring.

I have all of the build orders in though one was conditional upon retreats, so I'm awaiting confirmation of that build. If possible we might get this turn in this week. Let's try for Friday December 29, 11:59 EST for 1882 (Spring), and see where we get. More on the adjustments soon.

                              Consider that build confirmed, Ruffhaus.
                              All syllogisms have three parts.
Therefore this is not a syllogism.
