    Alright well, here is the playtestable version, don't complain about the location of flags or the colors of civs yet, because I was not worried about that in the Intial version.

    If you want to playtest it respond with your E-mail here so I can send it out to everyone, after five people do so, I will send it out.

    I don't have enough space left in my FTP that's why I can't hyperlink it...

      Hey I sent you the file, to test out, its not ready for multi-playtesting yet, but it was made for the multiplay (not specifically, but its just perfect for an MP game).

      As an aside, weren't you the guy who was playing as Russia in EuroDip, because if you were I remember you as a pretty good player. I was the Italians....
