Change Terrain Event - BUG
The Event "Change Terrain" has two additional features which it shouldn't:
1. It destroys all barbarians, everywhere on the map.
2. It kills off any civs who have not yet founded a city Size 1 or larger.
This, I think, is part of the reason behind my "Vanishing Vikings" problem.
