Is Alex back?

Alex Mor, scenario designer par excellence and partner of Captain Nemo, is he back? I just visited his site for the first time in well months since I assumed that only Captain Nemo continued to design scenarios due to Alex's retirement and Nemo has his won site on geocities but today I saw new units and the annoncement that the russian civil war was coming very soon! Is he back?
