Get this one:

A massive gang/terrorist war in Sydney during the Olympic games.

It'd be a similar theme to Darthveda's Gangwars, but I'd expand on it further by applying it to ToT, a real city, and Dracon's special touch (okay, Dracon's special touch is nothing all that special).
