Where is Anstieg??

Anstieg is nowhere to be found on the internet! Can someone send me a copy of my own scenario! (Better yet could some webmasters fix the links!) I get about 3 or 4 emails requesting it directly from ME (which I dont have) per week. I would like to download it myself, but cant find a link for it either!
