This is a WWIII scenario (called Red Storm, I don't remember why) that I had worked on a few years ago. I hadn't done anything to it for a long while, but recently went through my scenarios while starting up another scenario, and was suprised by how much I had done so far.
It still needs tweaking (I can see a lot of things I want to change, especially some of the futuristic units), and there really aren't any events.
Since I've been slowly moving away from Civ2, on to different things, I figured I'd post this here to inspire anyone.
I made it on a mac, but tried to format it so it works on a Win machine too, lemme know if it doesn't work.
And if someone really wants another WWIII scenario, then maybe I'll finish it.
