TRON Scenario

This is a little idea i've had for years.
I've always wnated to do a scenario based inside the computer world of the movie Tron.

All neon terrains and those old fashioned arcade units.

But i'm at a loss at where to start.

Can someone give me some ideas?

Is that the movie about those little life forms inside of computers?
I saw that movie a long time ago. Back then they had a "Disney" movie series on one of those free TV channels, moderated by our most popular entertainers.
I thought I saw a camel that looked exactly like him in a safari park a few years later

I can't really remember the topic of that movie, but could it be like that above?
