Not sure if I should admit to this, but in my Scotland game (I am about to give up on my Venice game as I can't get past a certain date) which I finally went back to finish, I was having some major Rebel trouble towards the end (as were other nations) and they ended the game controlling several provinces.
Here is the end game screenshot, I was quite shocked to see that I had lost 3 place........but even more shocked to see who had supplanted me!
Has this even happened to you? And have you ever had the rebels end in 1st?
