OSS Titan game

Some kindly soul wrote a computer version of Avalon Hill's classic game Titan for free. If you are interested download the game, which is free, then download the rulebook, also available at the same URL. You should have a game going in no time at all.

The computer AI is a bit weak, but good enough to beat up novices
