  • Virtual Pool Hall

I'm loving this at the moment. For years I searched for a good pool game without success (that I was willing to pay for anyway ), but luckily a mate of mine shelled out $100 Australian for Virtual Pool Hall. Gotta love the fact that it's got snooker as well.

It's now one of those games that'll stay on my hard drive forever.

I can't handle snooker games on PCs since the lack of depth of vision makes it very hard for me to aim. *blah*

Have you tried this one before? There's lots of options on how you view the table. I can honestly say that it's improved my game in real life too. Good explanations of English and Draw with tutorial videos and in the manual. I never really knew how to use them properly before this... Mind you, just because I can start using them in the game doesn't mean that I can do those in real life with any sort of consistincy at all.

Not yet. The last one I played was Jimmy White's Snooker (or something like that). It has a nice interface and other neat accessories. When I first started playing the game I could see a nice perspective and it seemed to work. However after awhile my shots kept missing consistently, then I figured out that the perspective is fake. There's no real field depth so I couldn't aim right. Ugh.
