A new topic: earth vs alien terrain

I guess it is time for a new thread here...
So, what do you prefer? SMAC's "alien" terrain or CTP's earth?

I prefer the Earth terrain, even if it doesn't have elevations. I don't like the new water terrain for C:CTP though. It looks like the whole ocean, at some point went over a waterfall, which doesn't make much sense.

SMAC terrain is nice, but not perfect. I do prefer to playon elevations, though.
