  • maps are to small

I played on the largest map available and man that was small. In in civilization 2 multiplayer gold edition the largest map is hude. Its a least 3 times bigger than the largest size in call to power. Does anyone know if there is a map editor that will allow the creation of your own size map. I would love to make my own map 5 times bigger than the largest map available in the game.

also does anyone know if there is a way to edit what a building does: for example 15 percent production increased to 25 percent.

Yeah, I would like a bigger map too. I am looking forward to some responses, although I do realise that you 'do' need a decent computer to run even the largest map that came with the game (especially online). So i don't know if it would be practical?

If you do a search in creation about map size, you'll find the question has been raised and answer at least 10 times, just as a hint I'll tell you it involves map.txt and const.txt and some file.dll (can't remember anymore, it's only motions now).

HEY DARKNIGHT... add this minor change to the mods page so it has been asked for the last time. Thanks
