Feats of Wonder in MP

Has anyone had any consistent luck in getting Feats of Wonder in a MP game? I have seen it once, but never since I patched the game.

Is this not supported?
I'm I missing something?
Or am I just plain stupid?

I played a multiplayer game last night in which I both sailed around the world and discovered concrete first. Right before my opponent forced me to yeild by showing me his stack of 12 knights. It does work, but keep your priorities straight.
