I am a veteran civ player and CTP player...and this kind of stumps me...
Once you get advanced Farms/Mines/Fisheries is it a good strategy from there on out to build only advanced Farms/Mines/Fisheries? Or do you use regulars until most of your empire is filled out with..then start going over the regular farms/mines/nets with advanced farms/mines/fisheries.
Or do you only use the latest advanced Tech...which means you will save yourself public works money because you will not be planting over all your regular stuff with advanced stuff. I also dont know exact formula to computing city radius production/growth (only generally that a % of each square is in play) and if one approach is hands down the best way according to new formula.
