diplomode question

Hi,

Am i right in thinking that diplomod had made redundant the eastablish
embassy goal in strategy.txt, so if 1 reasign those max eval to another
priority, their is no loss in game performance nor am i removing any
vital component of the diplomacy.

Along similar lines, if as in my case, i have no units that require
some of the goals as listed, is their any problem in rearanging those
max eval to other areas, would you need to leave one behind or can you
remove them all as shown in some of the strategys.
Any insight would be very helpful.

The "Art of establishing embassys" does pretty much take over the establish embassy goal. I put it in cuz I found the AI wasn't making embassys, or very rarely. Therefore I suppose it does make it redundant eh?
