I've made two scenarios using a custom map and no matter what happens, the "trust" levels that the AI's have for my civilization never change from "vigilant".
I have even edited the diplomacy text file to reflect greater "trust" changes to keeping diplomatic agreements and avoiding war.
Is this a problem others are encountering also? BTW, the trust levels do change when I choose a random map and let the PC choose the opponents. All is fine then. It is just with custom maps and "preselected" civs as opponents that this happens.
