My apologies to Prime Minister Don if I failed to acknowledge his Peace Treaty but I fear that The Taosoich was somewhat less than entirely of sober mind and therefore took his turn rather rapidly and without consideration to any messages, plead again and you may gain a positive answer.Comment

We hope the Great Taosoich is in a more sober state of mind this time around when he address's our requests for a peace treaty and embassy. After he hopefully accepts our offer, we wish to offer him a couple of boatloads of some fine Canadian brew.
