Question about the Eco Ranger in MP

The first thing I would like to know is if the Eco Ranger is a stealth unit (in single player mode it was never used against me, so I don't know about it).
If it is, which units are able to spot it?
If it isn't then can it be hidden under a stack of units?
Also, are there any active ground defense units that might kill it off as it approaches a city?

Any certain answers are appreciated.

Yes, it is a stealth unit and stealth units can only be seen by certain other stealth units.

Actually, it is a terror unit, and should only be spotted by other terror units: Spies, Cyber Ninjas, Infectors, Eco-terrorists and Eco Rangers.
