Multiplayer Scenario Map Info Needed

I am trying to get info on problems/fixes associated with using pre-made scenario maps in multiplayer games.

What scenario/map?
Was it a normal Multiplayer/Scenario start?
What happened or didn't happen as the case may be?

I hope to find out how to produce good, reliable scenario maps for use in multiplayer games.
